How to convert images to PDF online for free
Step-by-step guide to turning JPG and PNG files into one PDF - privately with no upload.
Turning photos or scans into a PDF online works best when conversion happens in your browser. You select JPG or PNG files, set the page order, and download a single document - without waiting on an upload queue.
Steps
- Open a private converter and select JPG or PNG files (max 5 MB total on Jigglify).
- Reorder the list so pages appear in the order you want.
- Convert and download the combined PDF.
Jigglify supports up to 10 images per conversion for reliability. If you have more, make two PDFs and merge them afterward - or resize and batch the most important ten first.
Preparing good source images
Crop distracting backgrounds when the subject is a form or receipt. Correct orientation in your gallery app so you are not fixing every page later. Watch total size: modern phones produce multi-megabyte shots, and ten of those will blow past a 5 MB total quickly. Export medium-resolution copies for paperwork; reserve full-resolution originals in your photo library.
Tips
- Name or sort images before import so order is obvious
- Prefer PNG for sharp UI screenshots; JPG for photos and receipts
- Open the finished PDF and skim every page before you send it
Pitfalls
Do not assume tiny on-screen thumbnails mean tiny files - check sizes on disk. Avoid converting screenshots that include notification banners or other personal info you forgot was visible. If a portal rejects the PDF for size, reduce image dimensions and convert again rather than switching to an untrusted upload service in a hurry.
A client-side images-to-PDF flow keeps IDs and personal paperwork on your device while still feeling like a simple online tool.
After conversion
Open the PDF and confirm every page is upright, sharp enough to read, and in the right order. If a portal rejects the file for size, shrink the source images and convert again. When you need more than 10 images, build multiple PDFs under the limit and merge them privately afterward so the full packet still never required an upload. Name each batch clearly so the merge order stays obvious when you combine them.
