What is PDF split? Extracting pages from a PDF

A PDF split takes one document and turns selected pages into one or more smaller PDFs. You keep the original pages intact; you only choose which ones travel into each new file. That sounds simple, but it solves a lot of everyday friction: a 40-page packet when you only need the signature page, a scanned binder where chapter three should stand alone, or a report you want to share without the appendix.

Split is not the same as deleting pages. Deleting removes content from a single file. Splitting extracts pages into new files while leaving your source available if you still need it.
